ABOUT THE PROJECT Through this project, we prioritize offering opportunities for QTBIPOC, POC women/femmes/youth, to share their skills and knowledge, and build confidence as facilitators and community members. We believe in creating a more equitable workspace, through meaningful engagement that offers entry-level paid opportunities, to Queer, Black, Indigenous, & POC artists, makers, facilitators and cultural practitioners.
